We offer free size exchanges and easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Size not quite right?
    ➔ We'll happily exchange your ring for a better fit at no extra cost.

  • Changed your mind?
    ➔ You can return your item for a full refund or store credit.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping is free for size exchanges. For refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Please email us at service@mythmagicring.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Every piece from MythMagic is crafted to last, but if an unexpected issue arises, we’ve got you covered.

Our jewelry is protected under a 1-year limited warranty against:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Premature breakage

  • Stone loss due to craftsmanship flaws

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, patina)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Loss or theft

Warranty Service: If you believe your piece is eligible for warranty service, please email us at service@mythmagicring.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will repair or replace your item free of charge within the warranty period.
