During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember Moon Child, only one discount code can be used per order!
For made-to-order pieces, delivery times depend on your location: United States: 8–16 business days All Other Countries: 8–21 business days If your order includes a pre-order item, delivery will take longer. We only begin production after the pre-order promotion ends on our website — this allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and avoid overproduction. For the most accurate delivery estimate, always check the product page. You'll find it just above the “Add to Cart” button. Please note: Shipping timelines do not include any unforeseen carrier delays. These may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, strikes, or peak holiday traffic. Shipments to Colombia and Mexico may experience additional delays due to local customs procedures.
Shipping prices depend on the country of destination and will be shown at checkout. Our magical pieces are the perfect gift for that special person in your life… great choice! All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry box and without an invoice. We also offer beautiful gift bags and a perfect gift wrap set to add a touch of glam to your thoughtful present. No need to buy wrapping elsewhere - just add to your basket, pop the jewelry in when it arrives, and give that perfect gift!
In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it. This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors. If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via service@mythmagicring.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package. If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that show up as delivered.
Yes — we want you to absolutely love your new jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right. Please note the following return guidelines: Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Mystery Boxes: All Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sets & Starter Sets: These must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns from bundled or grouped products.
For orders from the U.S. we offer direct exchanges through our Self-Serve Returns Portal. Orders from Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand can be returned via our Self-Serve Returns Portal. Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us. Please check all the details in our Return Policy. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping) within 7 working days. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We use a range of high-quality, long-lasting materials: 925 Sterling Silver – always nickel-free and used as a base for many of our pieces. Platinum-plating – for a sleek, bright finish with added durability. 18k Vermeil plating – thick layers of 18k Rose or Yellow Gold over nickel-free Sterling Silver (50% thicker than standard gold plating, making it more durable). Other materials include: 14k & 10k Solid Gold – available in both Rose and White Gold, perfect for heirloom-quality pieces. Brass – a durable, recyclable metal with a warm, golden tone that holds up beautifully over time. We also prioritize the use of recycled metals to reduce our environmental footprint. Warranty

Yes, of course. Enjoy our complimentary 2 Year Warranty on all jewelry pieces in our entire collection. Our warranty is applicable for all Myth Magic, including all authentic gemstones and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt Solid Gold and 10kt Solid Gold. Effective from December 1st, 2022. Please also read our T&Cs for full details on our warranty. What is covered under the warranty? Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage happening outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy. Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain/thread), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones and nylon threads caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Myth Magic. A diamond certification is a quality report card for your precious gem. It is a process where IGI (International Gemological Institute) authenticates the quality and characteristics of your Moonstone Diamond, providing you with a formal document that testifies to its value, quality, and authenticity.
Even though, our gems undergo regular GIA & IGI lab testing for quality assurance. Diamond certification, in the form of a printed document, is only offered for pieces that are $500 and above - for peace of mind on higher-value pieces.
